Brilliantly written!

jackbliss responds:

Thank you so much! It was a script I wrote long ago and finally finished the animation. If you'd like a copy just PM or email me at santhoshchris@gmail.com :) <3

I will be very sorry to see this go. I really like seeing other people put their all in to their series and do all of the lifting to create worlds like this, and Detective Vermin was a series I related to in the feeling it seemed to have as the passion project of a single person. I really thought this episode was the best put together both visually as well as written, and the tape worm pregnancy bit felt really fresh. I love how it was sort of it's own arc. I wish you the best with all that you do enter3002, and I hope to someday see a return to Detective Vermin.

Thank you for saying that. I really appreciate it! It is hard to do what you really love, but sometimes I think that if it was really what I love, I would just do it no matter what. I do lots of things, so leaving this doesn't hurt too much I guess.

It has not ever happened to me, but it looks great!

Appreciate the feedback! I'm glad it's never happened to you! It's super annoying! lol

Awesome job. Looks better than my stuff. Keep up the great work!

Well thank you!

Love it! It's great to see somebody else sweating over a series single-handedly! Keep up the good work!

The lighting work is great. I wish I could draw like this!

xaalster responds:

haha thanks it takes a long time i tell you that. fortunately i found a few tricks for shading with animate :)

I don't want to come off as harsh, but the movement is really stiff, the audio recording needs work, but the voice work is pretty good, and there just isn't a lot of visual interest in the lines. I recommend checking out Richard William's "Animation Survival Kit" or some of Jazza's tutorials on adobe software on youtube. The comedic timing is pretty good and I think you have the grounds to be a great story teller, but (as I keep getting told) you need to slow down and be more mindful. This is the most time consuming hobby imaginable, but once you start to get it right it is incredibly rewarding. You are God of your own world. Pour your soul in to it and prepare to tell your friends "I can't, I'm busy." for the rest of your life. Keep it up :)

i understand. I don't have that good of a PC, or ANY PC for that matter, I have a laptop. There is not much story because, well, this was a test, this is no-way meant to be in a series.

That was amazing, smooth detailed and hilarious!

BookRuffell responds:

Thanks man!

I made a cartoon about a teenage girl and a monkey. If you want to read a good autobiography Stephen King has one.
